(hereinafter, "BRINGUE PORTELLA SL") makes available free of charge to internet users. Use of the Portal confers the status of Portal user (hereinafter, the "User") and implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions in the version published by BRINGUE PORTELLA SL at the time the User accesses the Portal. BRINGUE PORTELLA SL EXCLUDES ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES AND CONTENT BY USERS OR THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE LACK OF TRUTHFULNESS, VALIDITY, COMPLETENESS, AND/OR AUTHENTICITY OF THE INFORMATION THAT USERS PROVIDE TO OTHER USERS ABOUT THEMSELVES, AND IN PARTICULAR, ALTHOUGH NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM IDENTITY THEFT. 9. DENIAL AND WITHDRAWAL OF ACCESS TO THE PORTAL AND/OR SERVICES
BRINGUE PORTELLA SL reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Portal and/or the Services, at any time and without prior notice to those Users who fail to comply with these General Conditions or the applicable Particular Conditions.
10. PROCEDURE IN CASE OF CARRYING OUT ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

11. DURATION AND TERMINATION

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
In the event of a claim between the two parties, it will be dealt with in the courts of the Principality of Andorra.
